Gold Coast Hinterland Heritage Museum: The Gold Coast Hinterland Heritage Museum is dedicated to preserving historical material which shows the growth and developments of the hinterland region of the Gold Coast and making their collection available for everyone to experience.
The museum holds a collection of original buildings including:
Okey House – an original 1930s Mudgeeraba Farm House built with timbers from the old Hampshire Terrace Hotel.
Franklin House- an original 1956 family home built for John and Merna Franklin by Ron Kirby from locally milled timber.
The original Nerang Railway Station built in 1889 and moved to museum grounds in 2007. Also here is an extensive collection of cameras and photographic equipment as well as a school room, railway memorabilia and saddlery and light horse military display.

Hinterland Regional Park: The Gold Coast hinterland is an area of South East Queensland, Australia that comprises the Tweed Range, Nimmel Range, Tamborine Mountain, Numinbah Valley, eastern parts of the McPherson Range and western parts of suburban Gold Coast, such as Mudgeeraba.
The playground is completely shaded and includes a set of swings, rockers, monkey bars, bridges, climbing equipment and a flying fox.
The park road is one-way entry and exit. It loops around the parklands and holds plenty of on-site parking spots as you enter off Hardys Road.
The middle of the parkland is slightly hilly with a large flat grassy area on top. There are several sheltered picnic tables with barbecues scattered around.

Upgrading the facilities will increase the capacity of the park, catering for regional population growth. It will also establish Firth Park as a premier netball hub on the Gold Coast, suitable for staging large regional and state competitions.
